Week 3: BYZANTINE BOOKBINDING: A practical workshop (Georgios Boudalis)
Monday, 6 October 2014 Day 1. Shaping and preparing the boards and sewing the gatherings with the bidirectional technique, that is, sewing half of the gatherings with one board and the other half with the other boards and finally connecting the two halves together.
