"International charters, conventions and publications on the cultural heritage conservation were reviewed for key words, terms and concepts. An Arabic translation for each English term was chosen." Also nine Arabic terms were transliterated for a non-Arabic speakers and three Latin words were adopted by Arabic speakers.
